Baldwin Park

Baldwin Park is a community within Orlando, Florida, and the land once housed a Naval Training Center. When the center closed down, city leaders decided to turn the land into walkable neighborhoods with a mixed-use town center. As a result, Baldwin Park has large and small single-family homes, townhouses, stacked flats, apartments (some over retail), two schools, many restaurants, a medical center, and a string of parks.
